Updated: May 17, 2019
The second-annual Drive Out Domestic Violence Golf Tournament – benefiting New Life Center– took place May 10, 2019 at Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale. All proceeds from the event will go to New Life Center’s efforts to provide safety, shelter and critical services to more than 1,000 women and children fleeing domestic violence. More than 100 players were on hand to take in the springtime sun and enjoy a round of golf, incredible food and heartfelt words from survivors of domestic violence and New Life Center officers.
“I would say this year’s event was a resounding success,” said tournament co-chair and New Life Center board member Geoffrey Harris. “We had a wonderful turnout and we were thrilled to see the community come together to help survivors of domestic violence. Thank you to all our sponsors and players.
